Great location near temples and railway station. Excellent amenities including gym, restaurant, and WiFi. Clean, comfortable and organised hotel. Polite and helpful staff who go the extra mile to assist guests. Good parking facilities.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to several temples. It offers a range of facilities such as a gym, a restaurant, same-day laundry service and WiFi.
The conference room facilities were unclean and outdated.

During my Xmas stay, there were a few things that stood out as being positive. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a nice gesture. the hotel was conveniently located near a popular tourist attraction and within walking distance of public transport. Lastly, the staff were polite and accommodating.
There were some negative aspects to my stay as well. the room could have been cleaned better as there were some areas that were quite dusty.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Mylapore, which is located in a fantastic area. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, which included a separate space for lounging. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was top-notch.

This hotel in Mylapore exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the prices were incredibly reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the basic amenities provided. Lastly, the location was fantastic, situated in a lovely area with easy access to nearby attractions.
My experience at this hotel was outstanding, and I couldn't fault anything during my stay.

The Hotel Shelter in Chennai is a hidden gem in the heart of Mylapore. I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money offered by this hotel. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail in this hotel was evident from the moment I entered the lobby.
All aspects were well-taken care of.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay. the beach view cottages were fantastic with easy access to the beach, and the swimming pool was an added bonus. the location was great, as it was a short walk to a popular temple and close to the train station. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Other rooms were not as well maintained and could use some updating. the bathrooms were not very clean, and there were issues with mosquitoes in some areas.

We loved staying at this hotel for its great location close to the temples and railway station. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent facilities including a gym, restaurant, parking. The staff were also impeccable, always polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help us out.
